Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• inspect property and recommend solutions
• assist with contracted projects
• purchase supplies and equipment as directed
• support departmental budgets
• maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities
• assist with unit turns and move-in preparation
• attend required meetings and safety training
• follow company policies and safety requirements
• participate in the on-call rotation.
