People Relations Partner

What you'll do

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, processes, laws, and regulations
• research concerns and coordinate resolution
• develop processes to address employee concerns and engagement
• interpret and implement compliance initiatives
• guide managers on employee management and discipline
• conduct and document employment investigations
• maintain investigation tracking
• collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Legal partners
• and support employee-relations training.
