Retail Supervisor

Job overview

The Retail Supervisor role is onsite in North Andover, MA, and pays $20–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Handle escalated customer questions, complex transactions, fittings, and service issues
• model customer engagement and product recommendations
• coordinate daily operations and opening and closing procedures
• oversee merchandising, promotions, and store presentation
• participate in inventory counts and communicate needs
• perform and oversee skate sharpening, lacrosse stringing, and glove relacing
• support transactions, refunds, and end-of-day reconciliation
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and loss-prevention standards
• coordinate store events and vendor activations
• complete checklists, logs, and reports.
