What you'll do

• Prepare and portion hot and cold menu items according to recipes and production counts
• serve resident meals at scheduled times
• record food and equipment temperatures
• interact with residents and staff to check meal satisfaction
• maintain sanitation and a safe work environment
• track inventory and report low supplies or place orders
• label, wrap, and date unused food
• when the Dietary Manager is absent, support staff oversight, attendance, discipline, and daily huddles.
