What you'll do

• Safeguard company assets and support positive guest relations
• ensure compliance with New York State Lottery gaming regulations and company policies
• conduct audits and inspections
• use the MGAM data system for financial, statistical, and voucher information
• assign work and oversee gaming-floor attendants
• assist with hiring, training, evaluations, discipline, and termination
• monitor for suspicious activity and report irregularities
• monitor electronic table games and slot operations
• conduct coaching and shift briefings
• prepare shift reports and document incidents
• authorize jackpots under policy
• resolve guest disputes and escalated service issues
• maintain a visible gaming-floor presence.

Why this role
