Facilities Technician III — Headquarters Building

The Facilities Technician III is an onsite, full-time position in Mentor, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $28.67–$40.86 per hour. The role supports Avery Dennison’s facilities team and regional locations in Northeast Ohio. The technician maintains building systems and grounds, coordinates contractor work, and supports facility budgets and safety programs. This work helps keep facilities operational, secure, and safe for employees while supporting day-to-day business needs.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of building equipment, fixtures, utilities, and grounds
• maintain building security and fire protection systems
• coordinate with outside contractors
• monitor facility expenses and review invoices
• assist with the Annual Operating Plan
• support environmental, health, and safety programs and training
• provide facility support across Northeast Ohio locations, including daily operational tasks and moving furniture or equipment.
