Customer Relations Representative

The Customer Relations Representative role is onsite in Farmington, CT. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. The position supports ebm-papst Inc.’s Customer Relations department and serves as a primary contact for OEM customers, authorized distributors, and the outside sales team. The role helps ensure accurate order handling, timely delivery coordination, responsive customer communication, and resolution of order-related issues by coordinating with customers and internal departments.

What you'll do

• Enter, maintain, and review sales orders
• verify pricing, delivery information, and documentation
• communicate order status and delivery details to customers
• monitor open and past-due orders
• process sample requests
• coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and other departments
• research billing, shipping, and order errors
• support outside sales
• use SAP, Excel, Word, and other business systems.
