What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, coach, hire, onboard, and train verification staff
• assign files and set priorities
• verify liability facts, insurance coverage, and policy limits
• review medical records, treatment, billing, lost wages, liens, and damages
• identify issues for attorney review
• develop checklists and workflows
• audit files for accuracy and completeness
• track deadlines and metrics
• coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, adjusters, providers, employers, and records custodians
• provide clients with accurate updates.
