Senior Client Services Associate

What you'll do

• Lead and support a small client services team by managing workloads, training, and reviewing deliverables
• serve as a contact between team members and management
• assist clients and advisors with insurance portfolio inquiries, analysis, and documentation
• obtain and review policy data, illustrations, and carrier information
• prepare premium invoices, policy summaries, portfolio reviews, and customized reports
• process policy changes, claims, surrenders, and withdrawals
• maintain client records
• ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• collaborate with relationship managers and analysts.
