Drywall Technician

What you'll do

• Repair drywall through patching, taping, mudding, and sanding
• match existing wall textures
• prepare surfaces and paint walls, ceilings, and trim
• complete wall repairs and painting for unit turns and service requests
• document and close work orders in property management software
• maintain a clean work area
• collaborate with maintenance technicians on broader property projects and occasional general maintenance tasks.
