Job overview

Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position located in King George, VA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts between 10pm and 6am, and the role supports the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy service and a positive customer experience. The Lead Team Member is responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the store environment remains clean and well-merchandised.

• Welcome customers with top-tier service
• prepare quality food and beverages to specification
• mentor and coach team members
• manage product inventory and merchandising
• maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
