The New Accounts and KYC/KYB Specialist role is fully remote for candidates in the United States, with standard hours Monday through Friday during U.S. business hours. The base salary is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. The role supports Aries’ brokerage platform launch and works with registered principals, Compliance, and Product teams. This specialist manages account onboarding exceptions and verifies that individual, joint, entity, and trust account files are complete and documented for principal approval. The work helps ensure applicants are appropriately screened, outstanding documentation is obtained, and onboarding processes improve over time.

What you'll do

• Manage the new account exception queue in identity verification and KYB platforms
• review sanctions, PEP, and adverse media alerts and escalate potential matches
• request outstanding applicant documentation
• prepare account files for principal and options approval
• monitor queue volume, turnaround times, and recurring exceptions
• recommend onboarding workflow improvements.
