What you'll do

• Direct daily operations and patient-care activities across Surgical Services
• lead the Operating Room, Pre-Admission Testing, Central Sterile Processing, Ambulatory Services, and Endoscopy
• set departmental objectives
• manage staffing, schedules, resources, supplies, equipment, and budgets
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• lead performance improvement
• maintain regulatory and patient-safety compliance
• provide registered nurse coverage when operational needs require it.
