What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day spa, retail, fitness, and Club 1927 membership operations
• develop and implement wellness strategy aligned with Fairmont standards and hotel identity
• develop wellness concepts and guest programming
• collaborate across departments
• use competitive analysis, guest feedback, and market trends to guide revenue performance
• plan business growth, capital investment, and operational improvements
• lead and develop the team
• partner with Sales and Marketing on promotions, events, and seasonal activations
• maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
