What you'll do

• Complete comprehensive assessments for guests with positive substance-use screenings
• contribute to individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• facilitate individual and group recovery education
• document participation and progress in the EHR
• coordinate care with clinical colleagues and community resources
• support families and concerned persons with sober-support resources
• advocate for clients and report safety concerns.
