What you'll do

• Develop budgetary mechanical and electrical estimates
• analyze system options and recommend value engineering
• define scopes of work for bidding and subcontractor selection
• support construction sequencing, scheduling, and documentation
• review drawings, specifications, and design documents
• conduct jobsite inspections
• support submittals and commissioning, including shop drawing reviews, functional testing, commissioning plans, and final owner documentation
• mentor junior staff and improve tools and processes.
