What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify their wireless needs
• demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories
• promote upgrades, activations, and accessories
• help customers set up devices and troubleshoot issues
• stay informed about products and promotions
• resolve customer questions
• maintain store presentation and inventory
• follow secure transaction policies
• and participate in training. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Individual commissions are paid twice monthly.
