Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Orlando, FL, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. This role supports customer relationships and sales by responding to inbound inquiries, preparing accurate quotes, following up on opportunities, and coordinating with teammates so customers and operations are prepared for successful events.

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound inquiries, understand customer requirements, prepare and revise quotes, maintain timely follow-up, track conversations and payment status, update customer records, document activity, confirm bookings, coordinate with operations, and work toward activity, pipeline, sales, and customer-retention targets.
