What you'll do

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Return all phone messages promptly
• Attend to walk-in customers as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service including commission generating cross sell solutions
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Process customer policy change requests
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
• Quote new prospects with insurance proposals.
