What you'll do

• Prepare and dispense drug orders
• interpret and verify medication orders and maintain patient drug records
• compound and dispense sterile and non-sterile products, including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition
• manage controlled substances
• monitor drug regimens and identify interactions, allergies, and dosing concerns
• provide clinical consultation and drug information
• participate in quality improvement, medication-use review, and assigned stewardship activities
• supervise pharmacy support personnel.
