What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates for East Coast projects
• analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• develop bids reflecting regional labor, logistics, materials, and risks
• interpret drywall assemblies and installation requirements
• identify constructability challenges
• evaluate geography, labor, schedule, and site risks
• support value engineering and margin discipline
• manage vendor relationships
• collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and field leadership
• participate in bid reviews, pursuit strategy, and project handoffs.
