What you'll do
- Welcome clients
- check in appointments, emergencies, and specialty cases
- answer phones and inquiries
- verify client information and review estimates
- process payments and reconcile cash
- coordinate discharges and instructions
- support pet food sales and prescription food pickups
- collaborate with veterinary staff
- help onboard and mentor team members
- register emergency and referral patients
- gather clinical details for triage
- coordinate client and veterinary-team communication
- provide updates about hospitalized pets
- prepare estimates
- assist billing and front-office teams.
