What you'll do

• Manage a pre-litigation personal injury docket
• evaluate liability, coverage, and damages
• guide treatment and medical case development
• review and approve demand packages
• value cases and direct negotiations
• work with adjusters
• review reductions and final distributions
• coordinate lien resolution
• direct and support assigned paralegals and assistants
• advise clients on treatment, case progress, and settlement decisions.
