What you'll do

• Develop weekly plans and implement age-appropriate curriculum
• maintain a classroom environment that reflects children’s learning and growth
• conduct ongoing developmental evaluations and prepare progress reports
• adapt care routines to children’s needs
• incorporate cultural, linguistic, and family values into lesson plans
• participate in a multidisciplinary intervention and prevention team
• communicate with parents and caregivers
• plan parent conferences
• support transitions between home and care settings and between classrooms
• maintain client, agency, meal, and attendance records.
