What you'll do

• Serve as a first point of contact by answering questions, taking orders, handling complaints, and troubleshooting. Process equipment service requests from phone, fax, e-commerce, and in-person channels
• coordinate home equipment service requests with Dispatch
• verify medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders
• maintain patient records and showroom inventory
• and, after competency approval, examine, fit, test, and adjust bracing devices and instruct patients in their use and care. A high school diploma or GED is required
• six months of relevant customer service experience is preferred.
