Residential Custodial Technician

Job overview

The Residential Custodial Technician role is onsite at Viking Lakes Residences in Eagan, MN, and pays $16–$18 per hour. The position supports the community’s goal of providing clean, well-maintained residences and amenities for residents. The technician helps maintain the apartment community and resident experience through cleaning, inspections, supply restocking, turnover coordination, and responses to resident cleaning and general maintenance requests.

What you'll do

• Clean community spaces through vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, window washing, and waste removal
• inspect interior and exterior areas and vacant units
• track apartment turnovers with staff
• restock supplies
• follow manufacturer maintenance recommendations
• respond to resident requests
• report facility damage, security concerns, and other campus issues.
