What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and order fulfillment
• coordinate quotes and sales with repair, purchasing, and product-line teams
• mentor and train department members as assigned
• attend customer meetings and trade shows as assigned
• monitor and report quote volume and sales
• support business development and customer relationships
• coordinate with supply-chain team members
• provide some after-hours support on evenings and weekends.
