Maintenance and Engineering Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas
• prepare vacant units with painting, minor repairs, and carpet care
• help maintain grounds
• serve as backup driver for resident transportation, including wheelchair assistance as needed
• support event setup and cleanup
• maintain vehicles and tools
• document maintenance issues
• follow safety protocols and resident rights.
