What you'll do

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established recipes
• follow responsible alcohol service and TABC regulations
• direct and support bar staff
• delegate responsibilities and help manage staffing needs
• provide attentive guest service and recommend menu items and beverage pairings
• monitor inventory and complete liquor requisitions
• maintain cleanliness and organization
• coach and train associates
• follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
