Client Account Specialist — B2B Sales and Customer Service

What you'll do

• Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
• recommend products and provide pricing and quotes
• make outbound sales calls
• follow up with clients and prospects
• prospect new business
• support direct-mail campaigns
• manage orders from quote to completion
• complete work orders, invoices, and customer records
• update the CRM
• coordinate with vendors
• assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
