What you'll do

• Patrol and monitor property areas on foot, bicycle, or in a company vehicle
• monitor alarms, surveillance cameras, access control, and other security equipment
• respond professionally to guest questions, complaints, and conflicts
• respond to threats and aggressive behavior using de-escalation and defensive tactics as appropriate
• act as a first responder during emergencies
• perform gaming drops and transactions
• write incident reports
• relay information by phone or radio
• administer first aid, CPR/AED, and Narcan
• secure incident scenes and support evacuations
• attend mandatory recurring training and maintain equipment proficiency.
