The Receiving Clerk role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. Fedtech’s receiving function supports production by ensuring incoming materials and supplies are accurately processed and available. The clerk verifies incoming goods against purchase orders, documents discrepancies, and stages materials for warehouse or production use. Accurate receiving records and coordination with procurement, inventory control, and production help maintain timely material flow.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries
• compare packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
• report shortages, damage, or discrepancies
• enter receiving data into ERP or inventory systems
• label and stage materials
• operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment
• maintain the receiving area
• follow safety and quality procedures. May assist with inventory counts, shipping, warehousing, production, returns, and process-improvement activities.
