What you'll do

• Work with the project team to develop and implement project goals
• participate in new project setup
• support the Project Manager with owner and vendor contracts
• attend project meetings and distribute agendas and minutes
• process design documents
• support site utilization planning, permits, inspections, submittals, RFIs, change events, estimates, and proposals
• maintain project directories, files, and materials tracking
• manage punch lists and closeout
• communicate professionally with team members
• adhere to OSHA safety standards.
