What you'll do
- Observe and supervise clients during evening schedules and overnight responsibilities
- complete and document hourly rounds and assigned checks
- supervise medication times according to facility procedures
- supervise groups, activities, recreation, meals, and transportation as assigned
- search newly admitted clients and belongings and document property inventories
- transport clients on approved trips as needed
- enter required information in the electronic medical record before shift end
- assist with meal service, facility cleanliness, laundry, linens, and general upkeep
- report safety, maintenance, and environmental concerns
- assist with crisis intervention according to CPI and facility protocols while protecting client rights and confidentiality.
