Special Education Teacher (K-12)

The Special Education Teacher is an onsite role based in Tacoma, WA, with a salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This position supports the ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education program, which is dedicated to providing alternative educational services to students with diverse learning needs. The role exists to lead the instructional process for students in grades K-12 with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The teacher designs personalized learning experiences, delivers targeted instruction, and manages classroom environments to foster student growth and academic success.
