Bilingual Member Support Specialist (Spanish)

The Bilingual Member Support Specialist (Spanish) role is hybrid in Lehi, UT, with compensation of $21.50 per hour. The Member Support Team helps SmithRx members navigate pharmacy benefits as the company works to improve the pharmacy benefit management sector.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with members, physicians, and pharmacies in English and Spanish
• follow up on, resolve, document, and route inquiries
• research issues
• educate members about pharmacy benefits
• work toward one-call resolution
• protect sensitive information in accordance with PPI and HIPAA requirements
• and navigate triage pathways.
