What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors
• lease apartments in line with occupancy and revenue goals
• follow Fair Housing standards
• conduct tours and present community features
• support marketing and outreach
• review applications and screening information
• maintain lease files
• verify apartment readiness
• support renewals and retention
• track leads and follow-ups in property systems
• respond to calls and emails
• assist with work-order entry and maintenance communication
• support move-ins
• maintain leasing office, model units, and amenities
• monitor competitors, pricing, and concessions.
