Front Counter Associate

What you'll do

• Provide telephone and visitor reception
• take customer orders, complete paperwork, invoice customers, file documents, and advise the Warehouse Supervisor
• investigate equipment returns for missing equipment and invoice customers
• assist with inventory functions
• advise the Branch Manager of anticipated equipment needs
• dispatch vehicles for pickups and deliveries and monitor GPS alerts
• maintain a stocked, clean showroom and office
• maintain petty cash, credit card logs, and daily deposits
• reconcile and file paperwork daily.
