The Security Officer — Unarmed Driver Patrol role is onsite in Normal, IL. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour, and the listed schedule is Monday and Friday, 9:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m. The officer serves clients at an automotive location as part of Allied Universal’s security and facility services work. The role provides a visible security presence through patrols, access-control support, and customer service. By responding to incidents and reporting concerns, the officer helps safeguard the site, its people, and property in accordance with site procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
• carry out security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations
• document observations and notify appropriate personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking and vehicle storage areas, and the perimeter
• monitor entry and exit points, verify access credentials, and assist with visitor and contractor screening and direction
• report hazards, damaged property, unusual activity, and policy violations.

Why this role
