What you'll do

• Assist customers, students, and employees with Academy and center information, product inquiries, order status, account inquiries, and customer concerns
• provide product assistance and issue resolution
• maintain customer correspondence
• promote merchandise, accessories, Academy training, and services
• perform opening and closing duties
• communicate with management and range staff
• follow ATF regulations and compliance policies.
