Membership Engagement Coordinator

The Membership Engagement Coordinator position is onsite at a Badgerland leadership center in Madison, Janesville, or Onalaska, WI. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with expected hours of 37.5 per week. The role supports Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Badgerland’s mission of helping girls develop courage, confidence, and character. The coordinator serves as a point of contact for members, families, and volunteers, providing service and support that strengthens engagement and retention. The role maintains membership records, helps resolve inquiries, and connects people with council resources and opportunities.

What you'll do

• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• provide membership and program information
• assist with registration, renewals, and online accounts
• resolve or route concerns
• follow up and record interactions in Salesforce
• support volunteers and families in an assigned area
• share council updates
• assist with events, retail transactions, and administrative tasks.
