What you'll do

• Provide advanced Level II support and own issues through resolution
• troubleshoot workstations, servers, networks, Microsoft environments, applications, and security tools
• administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Group Policy, permissions, and licensing
• troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, wireless networks, switches, routers, and firewalls
• monitor centralized RMM, endpoint, patching, EDR, antivirus, and backup tools
• investigate alerts
• support onboarding, offboarding, deployments, and upgrades
• document troubleshooting and changes
• communicate with clients and escalate with complete documentation.
