Senior Care Physician, Outpatient Primary Care

What you'll do

• Provide primary care to adults age 65 and older
• manage a patient panel capped at approximately 500 and an average of 12–13 visits per day
• conduct new patient visits and routine follow-ups
• coordinate care and address same-day needs
• participate in a phone-only call rotation approximately once every 6–8 months
• use available in-office procedures and clinical platforms.

Why this role
