What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and positioning
• provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, companionship, and emotional support
• observe and report changes
• follow individualized care plans
• provide medication reminders as permitted by state guidelines
• document care accurately.
