What you'll do

• Perform demolition
• complete minor trim carpentry and install interior and exterior doors, baseboards, door casings, and possibly crown molding
• touch up paint
• repair drywall
• install plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures or devices
• pressure wash
• perform minor landscaping
• complete punch-list tasks and general cleanup
• bring a reliable vehicle, basic hand and power tools, and a mobile phone with internet access.
