What you'll do

• Review architectural plans, specifications, and scopes of work to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Validate and correct AI-generated estimates using plans, historical cost data, and current market pricing.
• Identify errors and gaps and provide feedback to improve accuracy.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to test and improve AI estimating tools.
• Document assumptions, best practices, and lessons learned, and communicate risks and variances.
