Development Manager

The Development Manager role is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC, with travel to local job sites and travel of up to 25% of the time. Base salary is $120,000–$135,000 per year. CYMCOR, a Limbach subsidiary, delivers building systems solutions and maintains HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems in existing facilities.

What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite representative and primary project contact
• lead and develop onsite team members as applicable
• coordinate communication and resolve issues among clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams
• manage project cost control and change processes
• review owner-contractor agreements and construction risks
• lead weekly cost meetings
• report project status and recommendations
• and identify service and process improvements.
