What you'll do

• Provide behavioral health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups
• collaborate with medical providers, care coordinators, and support staff
• address patients’ social risk needs
• use area referral networks and resources for emergencies or advanced psychiatric assessment and services
• maintain clinical documentation
• occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, outreach, or clinic and school-based activities.
