Licensed Mental Health Counselor — Individual, Couples & Family Therapy

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor role is an in-person, onsite position in Hialeah, FL. Pay is $40–$60 per hour. The clinician provides therapy to clients experiencing mental health conditions and supports their care through assessment, individualized treatment planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with psychiatric providers and the multidisciplinary clinical team. The role also maintains accurate clinical documentation and an active, consistent caseload.

What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy within scope of competence
• maintain a consistent caseload
• complete clinical documentation in the EMR
• monitor client progress, safety, outcomes, and medical necessity
• coordinate care with psychiatric providers and the multidisciplinary team
• participate in consultation, supervision, staff meetings, and required meetings.

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license and a master’s degree in a related mental health field. English-Spanish fluency is preferred. Administrative, scheduling, credentialing, and billing support and an established referral network are offered.
