The role contributes to long-term and skilled nursing care through resident assistance, observation, and timely reporting of changes.

What you'll do

• Provide basic nursing care and procedures under licensed nurse supervision
• assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, adaptive equipment, bowel and bladder functions, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• change soiled clothing and linens
• measure and record vital signs, heights, and weights
• answer call lights and check residents who cannot call for help
• report changes in condition
• maintain cleanliness of resident and care areas.
